Hello! I’m Emily Giddens, a dedicated Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (CTHt). with over 500 hours of specialized training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. My journey into hypnotherapy began with a deep-seated passion for helping individuals achieve their fullest potential and embrace a life of well-being and fulfillment.
Hypnotherapy has profoundly transformed my own life, allowing me to lose 65 lbs. and counting, develop a dedicated workout routine, and become a vegetarian—a change that started as an experiment for health but became a lasting lifestyle choice. It has also made me a more confident public speaker and enhanced my patience and understanding in both professional and personal relationships.
Today, I feel more peace and wake each day with a sense of purpose, fully understanding my role in being of service to others. Additionally, I have created a detailed Life Mastery Book, a tool that has kept me focused and on track with my goals. We can discuss this during our sessions if you’re interested in exploring how it might benefit you.
