AbouT Me
Hello, I’m Emily Giddens, a Hypnotherapist with over 1,000 hours of training. My path into this work began with a desire to help others, but my own experience showed me how difficult it can be to change, especially when it feels like you’re stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand.
Hypnotherapy first played a role in my own life. Through working with the subconscious mind, I was able to release beliefs and emotional patterns that once held me back. From there, I began to experience noticeable shifts in all areas of my life, mentally, physically, and even spiritually. It felt like a weight I had not even realized I was carrying had been lifted, and I began to experience a sense of peace I had not felt in a long time.
What I came to understand is that change isn’t about willpower. It’s about working with the patterns beneath the surface that shape how we think, feel, and respond, while recognizing how much of that happens outside of conscious awareness. When those patterns begin to shift, change starts to feel more natural instead of forced.
I use a range of techniques including subconscious reprogramming, parts integration, aversion techniques, neuro-linguistic programming, and more. Whether your goal is to shift habits, reduce stress, improve sleep, or feel more confident, this work is designed to support meaningful change. Each session is adapted to you, focusing on what is most important to you in that moment.
My mission is to help you uncover the root of what is holding you back and reprogram patterns at the subconscious level, so you can move forward with greater clarity and direction.
