To ensure the best service for all clients, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Clients are charged for a full two-hour session if they do not call to cancel or reschedule in accordance with this 24- hour notice. This policy allows me to offer timely appointments to other clients in need. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
