In April 2023, a series of life-altering events led me to discover hypnotherapy school. This discovery was a turning point in my journey. By June 2023, I had enrolled and was immersed in learning about hypnotic programming, subliminal messaging, and techniques to clear mental blockages. These new skills were transformative. The stubborn weight that had clung to me began to melt away, and I lost an additional 40
pounds in just a few months. My subconscious mind had finally aligned with my goals, supporting me in every aspect of my life.


Embracing a Healthy Lifestyle

July 2023 marked another significant change: I became a vegetarian. This dietary shift felt right for my body, and I also began taking supplements tailored to my nutritional needs. My energy levels soared, and I felt more vibrant than ever.


By January 2024, I had started working with a personal trainer and incorporated weight training into my routine. This not only improved my physical health but also boosted my confidence. Along the way, I found a supportive “gym family.” If I missed too many days at the gym, they would notice and ask about my absence. Their loving and encouraging support was invaluable. They would say, “At least you came back, now get to work.” It felt good to know that people were looking out for me, offering help with words of encouragement, spotting me for certain sets, or teaching me new exercises.

While I mostly walked, I managed to incorporate more 1-minute sprints than ever before. My goal was to finish in under an hour, and I crossed the finish line in 51 minutes. For someone who had no workout routine a year prior, this was a significant achievement. My goal for the next year is to finish in 40 minutes, taking it slow and steady while staying motivated to achieve my goals.
