Sessions
This session sets the stage by discussing your concerns, uncovering underlying beliefs, and
providing a foundational understanding of hypnosis. You’ll experience your first hypnotic session, supported by an audio recording to reinforce positive changes.

You will leave with a 20-25 minute audio to listen to for 60-90 days.

Depending on your needs, this session will either focus on Regression Therapy to revisit and reprocess past experiences or explore Past Life Regression to gain insights and release
emotional blocks that may be affecting your current life.

It utilizes carefully crafted suggestions, affirmations, and images to reinforce desired changes, making it ideal for anyone seeking positive transformation.
NLP explores the relationships between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic), and our patterns of behavior and emotion (programming). By understanding these dynamics, NLP aims to adjust thought patterns and emotional responses that may be detrimental, replacing them with beneficial ones.
This modality is grounded in the idea that our personality is composed of various parts, each with its own perspective and agenda. Parts therapy involves negotiating between these parts to resolve internal conflicts, such as part of you wanting to change a habit while another resists. It is important to note that engaging in parts therapy does not mean you have dissociative identity disorder (DID); rather, it is a way to understand and integrate the different aspects of your personality that influence your thoughts and actions
Breathwork uses specific breathing techniques to influence a person’s mental, emotional, and physical state. By consciously altering your breathing pattern, you can trigger a variety of beneficial responses in your body, from deep relaxation to emotional catharsis.
This technique involves revisiting earlier experiences that have been buried in the subconscious mind. Regression therapy can be used to recall memories from earlier in life to address and understand past traumas that are influencing current behaviors and emotional responses.
This specialized form of regression therapy involves guiding individuals to recall past life memories stored in the subconscious mind. By exploring these past lives, clients can gain insights into current life challenges, understand recurring patterns, and release emotional blocks. It is important to note that past life regressions can also be a metaphorical journey, and it doesn’t necessarily mean that we have lived before.
This technique involves using specific eye movements to process and reduce the intensity of distressing memories and emotions. It can help individuals reprocess traumatic events, leading to a reduction in emotional distress and an increase in adaptive thinking.
